Hagay spent months browsing stores, malls, catalogs and online shopping sites for inspiration. Further research into the science of the hot/cold therapy products available back then confirmed Hagay’s initial instinct. Together, Hagay and his wife, Shiri, worked day and night to get the new business off the ground, both producing the product and selling it themselves. They also hired some people to help them sell in 3 carts placed in Los Angeles area malls.
